GRETNA – American Express is seeking over $33,000 on an open account.
American Express Bank filed a suit June 14 against Joel M. Carimi of Jefferson Parish and Carimi Contractors LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for $33,723.07 due on a credit card.
