GRETNA – Capital One is seeking almost $2,500 on an open account.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit June 20 against Antonio M. Johnson of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for the balance of $2,318.82.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
