GRETNA — A bank is seeking more than $3 million from Metro Rediscount Company Inc., Frank J. Adolph and Albert J. Adolph.
First NBC Bank filed a suit March 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that the defendants failed to pay it the sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the past due amount on a promissory note for more than $3.8 million plus interest and more than $499,657.01 on another note.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Barry H. Grodsky of Taggart Morton LLC in New Orleans.
