First NBC Bank seeking over $750,000 plus interest from Jefferson Parish man

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for over $750,000 in payments it allegedly failed to receive.

First NBC Bank filed a suit against Frank J. Adolph of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment for the balance of $755,875.00 plus interest, following multiple increases in principle.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Barry H. Grodsky of Taggart Morton LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
