GRETNA — A bank is suing Dixieland Auto Sales Inc. and George Vulevich Jr. over alleged past due payments.
First NBC Bank filed a suit on March 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that the defendants owe it over $300,000 on a promissory note.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a note for the balance of $330,835.89 plus interest, for a total of $343,683.34.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Barry H. Grodsky of Taggart Morton LLC in New Orleans.
