GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking sums due of more than $1,000.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit March 21 against Michelle Holmes of Waggaman in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $1,001.82 on a MasterCard account.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
