GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish-based credit union is seeking over $20,000 on a sales contract.
Greater New Orleans Federal Credit Union filed a suit June 28 against Christopher Glen Campbell in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a note.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking the balance of $20,426.22 plus interest for a retail installment sales contract from a car dealer.
The defendant is accused of sums due on a note.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Roberto A. Contreras of D'Aquila, Contreras & Vega in Kenner.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
