GRETNA — Two companies are suing Multifamily Management Incorporated, the Willows Apartment Homes, OB Investments LLC and Peace Lake Towers for alleged past due payments.
Harold's Plumbing LLC and Gators Sand Pumping LLC filed a suit on July 10 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that the defendants owe them more than $10,000.
According to the claim, the plaintiffs are seeking $11,705 in damages for an open account. The suit claims that the defendants received services on behalf of the plaintiffs, but allegedly have failed to make payments.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Thomas G. Buck of Blue Williams LLP in Metairie.
