A&S Funding seeks nearly $40,000 in promissory loans

NEW ORLEANS – A funding company claims a Jefferson Parish man owes nearly $40,000.

A&S Funding LLC filed a lawsuit against Kenneth M. Waguespack Jr. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note. 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note. The plaintiff claims that they are owed $39,011.23 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by Iri R. Silverstein and David A. Silverstein of The Silverstein Law Firm in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
