NEW ORLEANS – A federal savings bank is suing Yvonne Dodd and M&S Hospitality LLC for alleged past due payments.
American Express Bank FSB filed a lawsuit on July 7 in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court, seeking to recover more than $30,000 in alleged past due payments on a credit card.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages or $30,136.77 plus interest due on an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie.
