GRETNA – A company claims it is owed more than $28,000 on a promissory note.
Gumbus Enterprises LLC filed a suit against Perry J. Austin and American Amphibious Equipment & Rental Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a note.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note for the balance of $28,751.78 for sums due on a promissory note.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
