Gumbus Enterprises seeking payment of nearly $30,000

GRETNA – A company claims it is owed more than $28,000 on a promissory note.

Gumbus Enterprises LLC filed a suit against Perry J. Austin and American Amphibious Equipment & Rental Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note for the balance of $28,751.78 for sums due on a promissory note.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Shelly R. Hale of Colvin Law Firm in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
