Loop Linen Service claims it didn't receive payment for services provided

GRETNA – A linen service company is seeking nearly $50,000 in breach of contract damages.

Loop Linen Service Inc. filed a suit against Soigne by Bacchus and Jourdan Nicaud and Jessica Koon, individually in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendants entered into an agreement in which the defendants agreed to pay the plaintiff for services over a period of time, including if they ended the contract early. The suit states the defendants failed to carry out the contract to the end of the term and are indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $47,442.68 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract and sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael S. Futrell of Connick and Connick LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
