Discover Bank claims Jefferson Parish resident owes more than $3,500

GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking payment of an open account.

Discover Bank filed a suit against Joyce Cutrer of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay off sums due for the total of $3,969.12.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
