GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking over $1,200.
MIdland Funding LLC filed a suit against Karen Bryan of Terrytown in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's unpaid Visa account which has a balance owing of $1,356.36 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
