Capital One alleges customer owes more than $2,100

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages of more than $2,000 from credit card customer.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit July 17 against Kristin Rich in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, Capital One seeks damages for an open account of $2,157.24 on a credit card which was issued to the defendant. Rich is accused of an open account.

Capital One Bank seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 774039.
