GRETNA – Capital One is seeking over $26,000 on a business line of credit.
Capital One National Association filed a suit against Edward Crawford III, doing business as Eddie's Carpentry, in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due on a line of credit.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that a customer failed to pay off a line of credit in the balance of $26,987.22 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of an unpaid line of credit.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
