Prestige Financial Service claims man owes over $10,500 on installment contract

NEW ORLEANS – A financial company is seeking damages for more than $10,500 on money due.

Prestige Financial Service Inc. filed a lawsuit against Antonio L. Stallings in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract and sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims the defendant failed to pay off a retail installment sale contract for the balance of $32,400. The suit states that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for $10,860.53 plus $1,456 in interest.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Edward J. Bourdeau in Lafayette.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
