Funding company alleges Sears customer owes nearly $2,800

GRETNA – A funding company is suing a Sears customer, alleging he owes nearly $2,800. 

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit July 25 against Gregory Dorsey in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due. According to the claim, Midland seeks payment of Dorsey's unpaid Sears account that has the current balance owing of $2,781.30.

Midland Funding seeks the $2,781.30, all other sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 774312.
