Barclays alleges Mastercard customer has failed to pay nearly $6,400

GRETNA – Barclays Bank is suing a customer, alleging he owes more than $6,000 on a Mastercard account.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit July 25 against Tony Brown in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a Mastercard.  According to the claim, Barclays seeks payment of an unpaid Mastercard account for the balance of $6,377.35, plus interest.

Brown is accused of holding and open account.

Barclays Bank seeks the $6,377.35, all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 774308.
