GRETNA – A financial company is seeking damages for sums due.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit against Darwin Dixon of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due on an account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a bank card account with the balance of $1,293.49 plus interest accrued.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
