Ally Financial claims New Orleans resident owes over $20,000

NEW ORLEANS – A financial corporation is seeking damages for an open account.

Ally Financial filed a lawsuit against Ross Baudy of New Orleans in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account. 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment for a 2010 Jaguar XF sedan for the amount of $20,604.91 plus interest. The suit states that the defendant agreed to make payments over a period of 72 months but failed to do so.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Arthur S. Mann III, Earl F. Sundmaker III and Gregory J. Walsh of The Sundamaker Firm LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
