New Orleans resident accused of having open account with Merit Health Wesley

NEW ORLEANS – A health care company is seeking damages for an unpaid account from a New Orleans customer.

Wesley Health System LLC, doing business as Merit Health Wesley, filed a lawsuit against Shantelle Hayes in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment for services issued to the defendant in the amount of $3,827.31.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney W. Simmons Sandoz of Sandoz Law Offices in Opelousas.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
