GRETNA – A financial company claims a Marrero man owes more than $1,200.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit against Brian Ursin in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment on an open account with the balance of $1,285.37 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright.
