GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $1,700 on an open account.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit against Robert Kendrick of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking sums due on an open account with the balance of $1,759.93 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
