GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $3,500 on an open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit against Grace Walther of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an unpaid account with a balance of $3,865.60.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
