GRETNA – A loan servicer is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note.
PennyMac Loan Services LLC filed a suit against Montrell S. Roberts of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note with the balance of $90,752.49 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of owing sums on a promissory note.
