Fifth Third Mortgage claims couple defaulted on loan

GRETNA – A mortgage company is seeking sums due on a promissory note.

Fifth Third Mortgage Co. filed a suit against Kewanya Lewis Pierre, also known as Kewanya M. Lewis-Pierre, and Michael Pierre in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due on a note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment on unpaid in the amount of $147,417.45 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Logan Massey of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
