GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for sums due on a Rooms To Go account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit against Sherleta Sanchez of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $1,880.54. The defendant has allegedly failed to make the required payments.
