Capital One seeks over $1,800 from Jefferson Parish man

GRETNA – Capital One claims a Jefferson Parish man owes more than $1,800.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Douglas M. Dauser in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $1,814.40. The defendant has allegedly failed to make payments on the account.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
