Capital One claims Jefferson Parish resident owes over $3,000 on a credit card

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for over $3,000 it claims is due on a credit card.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Joseph P. Labella of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff claims the defendant has failed to make payments on the balance of $3,277.61.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. 

The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
