University in New Orleans claims student failed to pay for fall 2014 semester

NEW ORLEANS – A university is seeking more than $1,000 on an open account.

University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through the University of New Orleans filed a lawsuit against Kendall Holder in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of $1,003.76 plus interest for the fall 2014 semester.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Amy D. Richard of Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
