Walmart cardholder allegedly owes more than $2,900

GRETNA — A financial services company is seeking more than $2,900 from a Walmart card account holder.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on Sept. 19 against Shamora Neal of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging the plaintiff owes $2,945.78 plus interest on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
