GRETNA — A bank is seeking more than $35,000 on an open account.
Capital One Nation Association filed a suit on Sept. 27 in the 24th Judicial District Court against US Auto Inc. and Michael Blum, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $35,542.72. The suit claims that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
