NEW ORLEANS — A man claims that he was injured when a fence allegedly fell on him.
Larry Reed filed a lawsuit on Oct. 9 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Kathy Caldwell and IAS Claim Services, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on April 21 in New Orleans. The suit claims that the plaintiff was injured when a fence allegedly came down on him.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Keenan J. Dunlap of Keenan J. Dunlap, Attorney at Law in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Cherrell S. Taplin.
