GRETNA — Capital One Bank is seeking more than $4,000 from a Jefferson Parish woman.
Capital One filed suit on October 16 against Tulla M. Sareussen in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging the defendant has failed to pay the balance of $4,200.02 plus interest on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
