GRETNA — Capital One claims that a Kenner woman owes more than $4,000 on a past due account.
Capital One Bank filed suit on Oct. 16 against Rachel M. Gares in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging she owes $4,272.54 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
