GRETNA — Crescent City Surgical Center is seeking more than $26,000 in past due payments from a former patient.
Crescent City Surgical Center Operating Company LLC filed a suit on Oct. 20 against Gerald Pool of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging he has failed to pay off the sum owed of $26,292.45 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna H. Linn of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Menzt.
