Capital One trying to collect over $6,000 from Jefferson Parish resident

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $6,000 from a Jefferson Parish resident.

Capital One Bank filed a suit on Oct. 19 against Leslie J. Turner in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging the account holder owes the balance of $6,049.74 plus interest.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
