Capital One claims customer owes more than $2,000

GRETNA — Capital One is seeking more than $2,000 from a Jefferson Parish resident.

Capital One Bank filed a suit on Oct. 19 against Sandy Martin in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging the plaintiff has an open account with a past due balance of $2,117.87 plus interest.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
