GRETNA — Capital One Bank claims that it is owed more than $11,000 by a Jefferson Parish man.
Capital One Bank filed a suit on Oct. 19 against Andrew T. Nguyen in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging the defendant has failed to pay off a balance of $11,342.15 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
