GRETNA — American Express claims that it is owed more than $30,000 for an open account held by a Jefferson Parish man.
American Express Centurion Bank filed a suit on Oct. 19 against Nicholas J. St. Pierre in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging he owes $30,953.66 in past due credit card payments.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Butaty III in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
