GRETNA — A Capital One Bank card holder allegedly owes more than $2,000 in past due payments.
Capital One Bank filed a suit on Oct. 23 against Kenneth R. Werman of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging he has an open account with $2,424.20 plus interest past due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
