GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $20,000 for sums due on a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500.
Troy Capital LLC filed a suit on Nov. 2 against Johnny Ray Farr in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging he owes the balance of $21,421.40 plus interest on the truck.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Alexander D. Bukaty of Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
