Gretna man allegedly behind on Visa card payments

GRETNA – A financial services company is seeking more than $1,200 on a past due Visa account held by a Gretna man.

Midland Funding filed a suit on Nov. 2 against Jason Bush in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging he owes  $1,251.02 plus interest on the card originally issued by Credit One Bank. 

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
