Coca-Cola is seeking over $20,000 on an open account

NEW ORLEANS – Coca-Cola claims a New Orleans company owes it more than $20,000 on an open account.

Coca-Cola Refreshments USA Inc., filed a lawsuit on Oct. 30 against Sterling Fresh Foods LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging the company owes the sum of $20,222.29 plus interest on an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney W. Simmons Sandoz of Sandoz Law Offices in Opelousas.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Nakisha Ervin Knott.
