GRETNA –A funding company is seeking more than $1,000 on an open account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on Nov. 7 against Demetrice Bibbins in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging he owes $1,377.53 plus interest on a Visa account.
The defendant is accused of holding an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
