GRETNA — A company is seeking more than $14,000 on an open account belonging to a Jefferson Parish construction company.
Carlo Ditta Inc., filed a suit on Nov. 16 against C-Port Construction LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging the defendant owe $14,424.56 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Phillip C. Ciaccio Jr. in Gretna.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
