NEW ORLEANS – A local energy company is seeking damages for an alleged breach of contract.
Entergy New Orleans Inc. filed a lawsuit on Nov. 16 against Contract Callers in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place between 2012 and 2014. The suit states that the plaintiff and defendant entered into a contractual agreement, which the plaintiff fulfilled but the defendant allegedly breached through failing to meet specific requirements as laid out in the contract.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Marquest J. Meeks in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
