Soap Stories owners accused of breach of contract

NEW ORLEANS – An Orleans Parish real estate company is suing for sums due and breach of contract.

Sydney Anderson Realty LLC filed a lawsuit on Nov. 29 against Ayed Mohuiddin, Aisha Khalid and Soap Stories of Tampa Bay Inc. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims that the defendants failed to pay a commission on a property that the real estate company secured for them and are now indebted to the plaintiff for more than $40,000.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Michael D. Riley of Michael D. Riley & Associates in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
