GRETNA – Parents claim that their child was physically attacked by students at his school.
Alba Luz Nolasco and Victor G. Gomez, individually and on behalf of their minor child filed, a suit on Dec. 6 against the Jefferson Parish School Board and the unknown parents of minor children in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiffs are seeking damages, claiming that their child was attacked by the defendants' children on Dec. 2, 2016.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Robert J. Daigre of Burgos & Associates LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
